Mel (& Paul)
you've met him................... (and he's married to me so he must be )
The Dogmother
I thought he was lovely, but then I'd better not blow his cover
Mel (& Paul)
And I've told you before - even if you think he is lovely (and, of course he is) you mustnt tell him. Its taken me 17 years of marriage to get him that cowed and under the thumb, any sort of praise would ruin all my hard work
Martin B
I'm not allowed to ride pillion on a motor bike or talk to strange men (other than (& Paul) but then we are married so that's ok.........)

Martin B
I just found this on the river cottage forum: When i was 7 i set about making a garden for myself. This was really just a flower bed in the corner of our overgrown orchard. However, 9 yrs later i have extended a little, and know occupy the entire orchard and half of the paddock behind it. I know try and grow as many vegetables as i can fit in, which taste pretty good. I have bought my own greenhouse and have 12 light sussex chickens in a pen and a few bantams that free range around the veggie patch. I have always been the outdoor sort of type and i want to be as self sufficient as possibe one day. However, that is alittle difficult at the moment as my parents are not to keen on pigs and sheep etc. However, i have made a deal that if i get no c's in my GCSE's i get to have pigs! I also hope to get some bee's soon as well! It has taken me along time to get it looking good, and it is true it has looked pretty horrible at some times, but finally it has begun to look alright. Two of my friends are also very keen on this sort of thing. Richard has his own chickens and vegetable patch and pigs, and Will grows his own veggies. In the past we have built chicken runs, cleared ground for various reasons, and most recently we have tried building hurdles, which surpprisingly worked quite well! It looks as though were going to get quite a good amount of produce from the garden this year. I'd like to put some pictures on but i'm not quite sure how! SEE HE GETS PIGS! WHAT A REWARD. Guest
Pigs if he doesn't get any Cs? Do you think 10 Ds would count? That sounds like something worth working hard for though and he has proved his commitment - and he has friends with a similar interest.
