Guest
I remember it well... where are they now?? (in case you're interested!) Doughnut (the fat kid!) - Douglas Simmonds became a theoretical physicist Scooper - Peter Firth - continued in acting and (most famously) was Alan Strang in Equus - the slightly disturbing film about horses which you don't want to watch witrh your gran! Spring (the token black kid - ) - Brinsley Forde made it big as lead singer and rhythm guitarist for Aswad - remember them?? Brains (the specky-clever kid - no stereotypes there then!) - Michael Audreson - appeared in such hits as "Chitty Chitty Bang Bang" and "Good Bye Mr. Chips." in uncredited roles. In 1972 he was in the movie, "Young Winston" where he played Winston Churchill at age 13 - and is now a producer.. Billie - (obligatory girl with a boyish name!) - Gillian Bailey - also played many roles on television in the years that followed such as Follyfoot and Poldark among several others. More recently she has been doing work as a script editor Tiger - (loveable cheeky girl with funny hat) - appeared in the 1973 movie, "Go For a Take" where she appeared as "Tiger" from the Double Deckers (!!) Later on Debbie reportedly attended La Sainte Union where she earned a degree in English, then went into Marketing. She is doing well for herself in Japan Sticks (the not very memorable one!) - Bruce Clark - is alive and well and living in the United States. He is married and the proud father of a lovely little girl. (so - not famous anymore) Albert, (street-sweeper guy) - Melvyn Hayes - plays "character actors" in film and television. ahh - so there you have it... they don't make telly like that anymore! SusannenoZ
yes in 2 weeks we have been 3 times before but this year I have to leave my chooks for the first time very anxious about it , did think about taking them, and setting up the eglu in the middle of our encampment! But there is nearly 100 of us going from our church so wouldn't want fighting over 2 eggs a day
Guest
fighting at a church camp??? that wouldn't happen would it?? I hope you get the chooks sorted and you can go away without worrying! Phil

Guest
I think they are - but I'm not sure.. they did release an album in 2002.. "Spring! (I'll bet he loves being called that!!!) isn't in it anymore - he's on BBC6 - 6-music - he presents "Lively Up Yourself" and "Dub Bashment". 6-music (for theose who have digital) is fantastic - a place to go when you've grown out of Radio1 (or Chris Moyles is on) - but you're not quite ready for Radio2 (unless Jonathon Ross is on - or (surprisingly) Chris Evans - or (obviously) Mark Radcliffe - who is worth listening to whatever he's talking about!!
