Snowy Posted October 18, 2008 Share Posted October 18, 2008 I use them in pork casserole - layer in a big pot: lumps of pork; sliced apples; sliced potatoes; sliced onions. Add crushed garlic, 6 crushed juniper berries, salt and pepper and a pint of cider. Dot butter on potatoes, cover and slow cook on a low heat for about 3 hours. Mmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm ...........
