For those of you intending to use Cinnamon's recipe for cranberry vodka:

 

Slom Bottle (like the Grolsch beer bottle tops):

Oooo, may just have to tootle up there again! Went to the Croydon one a couple of weeks ago & they had sold out of the Grolsch bottles - most inconvenient as they were half the reason for trekking up there (can't wait for the Southampton branch to open :wink: !!!)

 

Am probably going to Gatwick for a 9am pickup on Sunday, so could just nip across then - not sure what my friend's daughter will make of that but that's a bridge I'll cross then!!

 

I've been & bought a few bottles in Oil & Vinegar, but would prefer the Grolsch seal I think, and those baskets caught my eye too would be an all-round winner to visit & actually get both of these items.

 

Does anyone know if they would put things by at Ikea? It's a long way from Chichester (if I don't go from Gatwick on Sunday) if I'm going to be disappointed again..... :eh:

Where do I find the recipe for Cinnamons cranberry vodka? Ikea is opening in southampton in the early new year :dance: . I live near Southampton - Ikea is in the middle of town and will be extremely busy especially with all the cruise liners arriving and departing :roll: . When I have a opening date I will post it on the forum.

This thread reminded me I need some more of these bottles. We could have gone today but James wasn't with us.

 

His face is going to light right up when I tell him we are going to Ikea on Friday!

 

I wonder if he will grow up to be an interior designer???

 

Actually its just the kids club and the food that he likes.

The bottles aren't available online, and I have just ordered everything for the Christmas vodka :roll::(

 

Does anyone know anywhere else that does bottles that would suit? I have ordered, umm, quite large volumes to make it :oops:

 

I am stuck in until I am well enough to drive again, so thought I would make the most of it :D

I got some sweet little bottles from Oil & Vinegar, I think their range starts from about £2. Nice little baskets too at a fairly reasonable price - thanks to Cinnamon & Christian for the recommendation :D !

 

Will decant mine over the next few days as my pup is being spayed tomorrow - following the ripping of her leg on a collapsed barbed wire fence yesterday, her op was brought forward from next week to tomorrow, so the vet can keep an eye on the wound, poor little mite :( .

Oil and vinegar do good ones GG, but not sure where the nearest one to Camberley is? Guildford? What about Kitchen Kapers in Camberley? At the end of the High street? Opposite Toni and Guy. They do everything kitchen and I was a regular visitors when I lived that way. :oops::oops:

I think we should have an Omlet shopping trip - we would all be fighting over the same items.

 

Oh gosh! What a thought! Can you imagine us all piling into any one shop?! :shock:

 

We'd end up being evicted! :wink:

 

Anyway, you lot are a bad enough influence on me over the internet, my bank account couldn't stand a live shopping trip with you all!! :wink:
