yeah they were outside the debenhams in liv giving away shopping bags (reusable cotton ones) and promoting the sale - its 25% off most stuff and some 50% with a lot of perfumes/cosmetics on BOGOF

I have just tried to go to both sites and they are both down. Grrr! I placed an order for a new vacuum cleaner at the weekend and then a couple of hours later I received an email offering me 15% off any order! So I sent a cheeky email back asking if they could honour it on the order I had just placed, but they wouldn't I did this a few years ago with Letterbox (I think) and they did do me the discount even though I placed the order with them the day before . If you don't ask you'll never know.

Earlier the listings were weird and there were 98 pages of women's wear and you couldn't decide which section to look at! But I have I have just got onto M&S's site and it all looks better now.

Went to M&S last night, their party wear is all really dull colours

 

We bought 1 pair of jeans and 3 for 2 on whiskey and port gift sets, couldn't get excited about much else, they have a lot of tat this year

We went yesterday, didn't buy much but did have fun.

 

Don't buy anything from the Coast concession without checking it very carefully. I tried on a £140 coat dress yesterday and found that the press stud which held it together along with only the belt and a tiny concealed button, didn't work. I told the assistant as I left the changing room and she said 'Oh none of them do they shouldn't be on the floor really' as she went to put it back out

Me n mrcluck had the day off yesterday to go Christmas shopping to Chester

 

This had been planned for a week or so and we were really chuffed when they announced their 1 day sale. We had a fantastic day out shopping and did quite well getting what we wanted

 

We bought lots of presents in m and s and saved about £60.00. The queues were horredous. I parked hubby in the queue with a basket and carried on shopping, returning to add things to his basket till he got to the front of the queue

I'm very uninspired with shopping at the minute. The only items of clothing I really liked were things in Monsoon, which I really can't afford!

 

Anyway, I really need to finish going through things and trying to sell a few pairs of my crocs-but I've no idea how or where as I don't have an ebay account or anyone else's to use.
