I'm sure she will be loved and cared for by these people, I don't think you could have hoped for a better outcome. My Giant Schnauzer sits on my lap occasionally!!! Well it's either the back end or the front end. I don't think there is any harm providing the dog is invited up and then gets off when you tell it too IMO.
