CannyCat
Yolk Colour, Shell Colour, Size, Wheight, Shape. It's a shame they don't consider taste (although it would be a pain to then have to cook all the eggs)
Martin B
Exactly, you can predict the taste from rich egg colours.

One Man Banned
While discussing the eggs has anyone else noticed that they now stock organic mixed corn in the Omlet shop and Organic Cotton TShirts for the humans! (had to order some didn't I)!!
Cate in NZ
There should be a warning attatched to the shop- "enter here at your own risk.... all wallets may be severely punished" I try not to check out the shop too often, I always find something that I want
chuckles
thanks to all who sent in messages of luck etc... actually there were about a dozen entries! (in upton-by-Chester!) we did not win or even get placed Actually our eggs were the smallest but we DID enter Ito the spirit of the show and it was a lovely afternoon. You can't judge an egg by its shell! our children love scrambled eggs, home made ice cream, fairy cakes, birthday cakes so we can't be doin' too bad!
