Is he a dish? Well he's not my usual type, but there is a certain something about him... ( did anyone see those beach photos of him in the newspapers recently?) Helly Welly Posted January 22, 2009 Share Posted January 22, 2009 I have to say, Obama being president makes me think that the USA wouldn't be such a bad place to live anymore. The fact that he wants to talk to "dodgy" countries instead of bombing them is music to my ears. I refuse to be cynical about him, you have to have hope and he seems like a good guy to be hopeful about. How can I be the same age as the US President.... I watched the ceremony - kept telling Layla that history was being made, but don't know if it sank in as she was playing on Toontown I did notice that he already looks a lot older than he did a year ago. What a burden he has to bear, though. And his family. Quite apart from the hordes of women lusting after him, he is inheriting huge problems and everyone has such high expectations. Still having great hopes that things will be different. I can't get my head round the rationale of the chap who tried to sell Barack Obama's vacated Senate seat.
