Never seen it but my OH tells me the search button has gone so he can't stalk me on the forum, can't all be bad news.

 

Just noticed my search button has gone as well. That's a blow it will be back.

I think that the boys were taking off anything that might have been causing the problem while they track it down and fix it.

 

Both the Matts are often on the forum, so I am sure that they will read your wishlist and see what they can do.

They changed servers not long ago and it caused no end of problems then.

Oh No!! Does that go for the search button too? That is SOO useful. Especially when theres something wrong and you want to do a bit of reading up about a subject before posting.

 

I shall try not to drive myself potty searching for the search button!

My guess is that all those buttons are linked to the search facility, which they believe was causing the problem. Hopefully it will be back.

In the mean time, you can always do a google search:

 

your search term site:club.omlet.co.uk/forum/

 

For example, if I was looking for posts on cookies I would type:

 

cookies site:club.omlet.co.uk/forum/

Well I just did that, as I wanted to see if there'd been any posts about Broadband providers as I'm thinking of changing. The first one came up perfectly, with a query about broadband providers, but then the other links I've tried don't seem to bear any resemblance to the question!

 

I am going to post anyway and hope it's not a duplication.

If your search term has more than one word put it in like:

 

"Broadband Providers"
