stoice Posted February 17, 2009 Share Posted February 17, 2009 By lovely pink spotty wellies have given up and split along the seems. so i was googling what i could do with them instead of just chucking them away when i saw this nifty eh? (Can't read any of the page as it's icelandic but the pictures say it all. I think however I'm still going to use them as a pair of planters on my patio, they are a bit scuffed looking but should be fine. Anyone else got any other ideas for them? Sadly I don't have any tired wellies, just my wonderful blue and white striped joules ones-they make me feel happy when I wear them and make me look like I'm going to the beach! I love them so much that I've mended them on many occasions, using bicycle puncture repair kit. I think they only look lovely to me now! A bit rusty in Icelandic now, but here goes; Another use for your old wellies, stuff all your savings in there, it'll be safer than a bank...
