Snowy
How is yours coming on Egluntine? OH has laid the slabs for mine today, but we need to borrow my Dad's angle grinder to trim some of the slabs so that I can have an earth bed inside. We also need to fill in the spaces between the slabs (some are quite large ) It's a good start though!

CatsCube
Well mine is destined to never get built now. I have decided to return it and get a summer house for our allotment instead. That way we can use it a bit like a shed so we remove the garden tool clutter from OH workshop (he liked this idea a lot) plus when we are there with the boys they can play there (has a small veranda) and we can keep some toys there) have furniture and our BBQ there so we can sit and relax and spend the day pottering around and enjoying it. Snowy
We are making good progress! The slabs are laid and cut to size, the frame is built - there are some green things to put on the frame that hold the 'glass' in place and we are 4 pieces short so waiting for them to arrive from the manufacturer. Then it just needs bolting down and my raised bed putting in. Won't be long!!
Valkyrie
How will you celebrate the grand opening? Will you smash a bottle of champagne over the apex and name it? Good luck to all who sow in her? Perhaps drink the champagne and dash off for some potting compost (not in that order though, just in case)!
Snowy
I don't know about smashing a bottle of champagne, but I might just make a point of christening it in the rain with a glass of red! It'll be nice to be able to sow whatever the weather
