Is it too early on a Sunday morning........

Recommended Posts

.......to get the power saw out :?::?::?:

I've been hacking at things in the garden with the tree pruning saw but I really need to fire up the power saw and get the clematis cut right back and the pear tree gone (in readiness for laying the base for my new WIR)

On the plus side the noise would drown out Millie Bantam's squawking as she has decided to come back into lay this morning but forgot put her name down for a place on the nestbox rota

think I'll have a cuppa, a wander round the forum and then set to with the power tools :lol:

Go for it Pam, but it is a bit chilly for a bikini a la Claret.

and possibly a bit too :shock: for the elderly neighbours :lol::lol:

tree is gone - made some nice perches for the girls new run :D :D and the clematis and ivy have had first hack back.......having a little break as the girls want to sun themselves on their bench and I'm in the way

It's very therapeutic :D :D

the Elf probably knows best not to argue with a chainsaw wielding Claret :lol::lol:

Well it's all cut back and cleared away :D .....the girls had great fun supervising the work and digging through all the cuttings :D :D I love the way they seem to think I'm not qualified to carry out such alterations without their input :lol::lol:

Egluntine are you saying Claret would use a power saw in a bikini?

I am indeed. :D

Yep! H&S haven't caught up with her yet!

 Oh, but I wear the right gauntlets, hard hat and visor. It's just so much easier to get all the wood chips off if you just hose down afterwards!

Go for it Pam, there's nothing like a power tool to get the job done!
