I can't believe I have another dose of flu type stuff.been to docs who reassured me it's a virus and antibiotics will do no good!well I have been I'll for 11 days now and OH has bought me an iPod touch which means I can get on the forum fromm

my bed.just need to get the hang ofthe touch keypad.I can't tell you how long thismessage has taken. How can I boost my immunityto stop getting flu again! In the meantime great prezzie

I totally sympathise. I am "omletting" from my bed at the mo as I have either another virus or my glandular fever has relapsed . It's nice to have a supportive OH isn't it. I hope you feel better soon. xxxxxxxxxxx

I take the zinc and vitamin C and touch wood I have been the only one at work not to have had the lurgy - I will get it now!! - it does work well but need to take early in October/November time and loads of the wee oranges.
