Well i have been off sick for the last few days with the flu so i thought i would make the most of it and sit outside with my girls for a bit yesterday in the sun, here are some lovely pics...

Well we were offered him from a lovely pekin breeder next door to my nan! We to were worried about his crow but after about a month he has actually LOST his crow! that isn't a joke! Its a shame really as it was a pathetic one anyway but it was nice to hear it! Go on get one, it will sort out any pecking problems you have with your girls!

I think you should use Fizz's pic as a Christmas one - such a lovely Santa beard! Floyd does rather take the limelight though, what a beauty. My grandad's cockerel didn't crow either. If only they were all like that!

Flu is so draining, so it is good to hear you are back on the mend.

Great pics and the maran Babs is identical to one of my chooks whom I was sold as 3 black rocks and just 2 are really black rocks and one like babs is slightly smaller than the rest and I am sure she is a Maran Cuivre after seeing yours.
