Old Speckled Hen
Ooooooooooooh those blue eyes. I loved him from Exodus to Road of Perdition and I could have killed Joanne Woodward with my bare hands at one point. Sigh

Edit: that should be warm. I don't know what wam feels like. apparently, WAM can mean wet and muddy. As in women, erm, mud wrestling One of my french teachers when I was at school loved Paul Newman. She always tried to mention him in every lesson. That was the nicest thing about her as she was an absolute dragon
A chickychickychick-ENN!!
Oh! I must try that to see if wam is better than warm, then! I've just seen some old pics of Paul Newman. I've never thought my OH was a massive looker, but there's a slight resemblance! Now, if only I can convince him of it, maybe I can get him to tame his crazy massive eyebrows! PapaJuliet
Lovely story in the Daily Mail today about Paul Newman's salad dressing and all the good it did for charity. Funny you should mention this now... A few weeks ago I was in Long Beach in California, marshalling at the IRL Grand Prix of Long Beach. One of the other marshals (or "corner workers" as they are called in America) started talking about Paul Newman. When he (Paul Newman) became a motorsport team owner, he used to cook for all the corner workers... he cooked his spaghetti sauce and salad dressing (well, you don't cook salad dressings but you know what I mean) and he used to ask the corner workers their opinions and "tweak" the recipe until it was "acceptable". Sadly, I never met Paul Newman while I've been marshalling or spectating in the States but I did get to see him once. PJ
