Crocs fans! Have you seen these???

I'll do just that Mel

Thank you very much :)

I feel really bedraggled this morning. We have had the biggest storm here this morning and I got soaked walking to work

Just looking out of my office window and it is like night outside, really dark, apart from the lightening and pouring with rain :(

Just added that to my list of simple pleasures - but being INSIDE when its pouring with rain outside :D

 That's what I'm doing now! 8)

We've got that weather too Debs  It was fine when we left for school, so we walked - the heavens opened as we reached school, so by the time I got to work the bottom foot of my skirt was drenched despite having a brolly  . It's really dark, thunder, the whole lot - I love stormy weather :D

I finally succombed and became a croc owner last week - £25 - bargain! I have to admit that I went for a rather soft green (sage) rather than the pink / purple / gold ones - still not QUITE brave enough to wear totally funky shoes!

They are SO comfortable - but have had to cope with (& Paul) going :roll::roll::roll::roll::roll::roll: and callling them my "hospital shoes" or "mental institution shoes"

I said they were my treat for finally hitting the 11 stone mark (going down not going up............!)

I cant even IMAGINE what he would do if I bougt the butterflies etc to go on them

oh

hang on a minute :?

yes

I can.......................

My OH is the same  I keep on seeing people in crocs and am very tempted  I do love the bits you can stick on them

I have the Jibbitz website on my favourites but hav'nt bought any yet. Anna has pink croc wellies (Georgies) but I promised her some jibbitz when I get her crocs in the spring.Think I'll get some black crocs now as my pink ones seem a bit bright for winter - i do love them though!

In case this hasn't been mentioned before - there are loads of these on ebay, they came up when I went looking for crocs.

Anyone else bought crocs off ebay?

And are the sizes pretty normal (I wear 6.5 / 7 - so would expect to go for a 7)?

And another thing... are they good for winter too?

sorted :wink::wink:

I have only been a croc wearer for a week but i LOVE them - I do wear them outside - but only in the garden, most of the time I wear them around the house - keeps my toes nice and warm and stops me stubbing them on furniture / discarded dog's toys / anything else that is lying round ( (& Paul) for example...........)

I have very narrow feet and I tend to wear about 4 1/2 to 5s My pair are size 4 and width 6 (which is, apparently narrower)

Now, if only they did chicken / dog jewels I would be happy :D (and (& Paul would have me committed..............)

Dunno about the adult sizing Jackie - Rosie and both wear the kids ones, which come in definite sizes :? I got ours from jellyegg.com, who were very helpful on the phone and gave advice about sizing. I wan't sure which size I'd need as I am 2.5-3, so they sent me both a 2 and a 3; I just sent back the ones that didn't fit for a refund. Hope this helps.

Rosie has added all the sparkly ones to her Christmas list  , she doesn't know, but she's getting a bright pink pair for Christmas after coveting someones at the Omlet do (was that Trish?)

I have shown Paul the site and, as expected he went :roll:

Then he said if I lost more weight I could order - whoo hoo

Then he said if I got to 9 1/2 stone I could have one!

I want horse shoes (they could be donkey shoes too AnnieP  ) and paw prints

He said I only needed one of each

I said that would look odd

He just looked at me in my jogging bottoms, fleece and crocs and went "come on, by sticking one jibitz on those mental home shoes would make you look odd, but more wouldnt. Yeah. Right"

Then he took the dogs out for a walk and I can still here him laughing......................

Men

They have NO idea about the importance of shoes and shoe accessories

:wink::lol:

Agreed. Best not tell them...... I've just ordered a smiley... well, two actually, you're right Mel, it would be very odd only having one  two tortoises and two purple flowers.

By the way, if you order 5 of them today, you get a free ginger cat one, so see? A bargain not to be missed.......

My plan is to just add them when OH isn't looking, and believe me, he doesn't look at my Crocs very often.....:lol:

If he does spot them, I'll just say, in a very surprisde voice, " Oh my! How did THEY get there?"
