Crocs fans! Have you seen these???

Recommended Posts

:lol: I like your description of what Paul said - I can just see him coming out with that!

The thing to do Annie would be to wear your Crocs while naked - that way you can guarantee that he won't be looking at them  MEN!

They are quite loose Em - I wear mine barefoot and with socks and have got used to them being loose.

 Emma, they have a strange loose feeling but somehow don't slip off nor rub like other shoes would if too loose. So, that roomy feeling is correct, unless of course they are actually falling off.

But, aren't they comfortable! Have you walked in them yet?

I have just ordered my 3rd pair  (been wearing dark blue, and sometimes lilac, all summer) which are black Aspens for winter/more formal wear. 8)

Watched "What Not To Wear" tonight, at which my eldest son commented, whilst looking at mine, "They could do a whole programme just for people who wear those shoes and tell them how stupid they look".

I have noticed that loads of people comment on them, maybe even ask if they are comfortable, but not one single person has said that they like them or they look good. Also, I really don't like people looking at my feet & them do draw attention. Still, stops them looking at my hair. And face. Etc.

Had a treat yesterday, a guided walk around Chelsea, with some friends. Afterwards we went window shopping, lots of amazing shoes etc. One friend, very glam, was called all the time, "Hey, ******* look you'll love these shoes!" and "Oh, ******* look, these shoes would just suit you!" Eventually, I did draw their attention to the fact that no one had felt compelled to call "Hey, Sheila, look at these stylish shoes, they are so you!"

At which they all fell about laughing.

Still, didn't have blisters after a 2 hour walk.

I have decided that I need a less summery looking pair,as my bright blues & bright pinks don't really go with the clothes that I wear in Autumn.

I quite fancy the sage colour, but am a bit undecided - maybe black would be better?

I also really want some of the Autumn leafs jibbitz :P

I wore my pinks into Reading yesterday & the staff in LUSH LOVED them....I reckon I should go onto a comission

Thanks for this Sheila! :D And for your advice too Claret!

Thats exactly how they feel roomy but dont slip off - must say me feet are very slim & small but look really wide in my Crocs - nearly as wide as they are long! I have been wandering about the house in them and they are really comfy. My Jibbitz arrived today too but the large flowers are out of stock at present but the others look great!

OK - so am I the only person whose Crocs have rubbed their feet? :? I must admit, they are so comfortable that I have lived in them for the last week, but I've got a blister on the top of each foot, above the instep. I have a high instep - perhaps that hasn't helped?

They are still comfortable though - even with a blister

Lesley, mine rubbed my feet for a couple of days when I first got them as well - I ended up with a blister on the top of each foot, but now I'm used to them, there has been no re-occurence.

I also have really high insteps, so I would imagine that it's something to do with that.

Even when I had the blisters they were still the comfiest shoes I've ever worn!

Well, Rosie has converetd Dan and Debs' daughter Jules and she now wants some Crocs - the two of them went to Quainton steam centre each wearing a pair of Rosie's Crocs, except that they'd swapped over one shoe, so they were each wearing one blue and one red Croc - it looked great :D

Debs now wants a pair too and was taken with Lesley's lovely purple ones, so I think Dan has a shopping list for tomorrow  (he still doesn't like them though)

I've got a high instep too, but they haven't rubbed me, but then my feet are a tad skinny

:lol::lol::lol::lol:

I think we've already established that I have big fat banana boats for feet, so I'm sure that will have contributed to my blisters!

Caity got ridiculously excited yesterday, when she saw a woman wearing a pair of pink crocs while we were out. Then she noticed the womans son was wearing a pair of green crocs, so all she went on about last night was getting a pair herself!
