I'm a bit miffed that we watched this blooming awful film The Happening - just about everything was dire - couldn't even like the characters - and I missed the Close Encounters! Got the music bit though. I shall be going do de do BUM BUM all night now! Debs my old cat was the same - or running around on her back underneath with the claws in the hessian - then she would look at me and laugh. She also used to do that whenever mum wore a pinny - jump on her bottom cling on while mum screamed and laugh. I hadn't actually seen a cat do that before! Now I know what the Cheshire Cat was up to. So relaxing and then I went for a walk to the village to have my new specs checked - they give me headaches and I can see better when they are upside down (I do live in such a Topsy Turvey world)! Valkyrie Posted July 20, 2009 Share Posted July 20, 2009 I did an Eric Morecambe and turned them upside down. I just wondered if my right eye lens was wrong - I think it is - trouble is I can see well through both lenses for my left eye. I think something is amiss. The right lens is slightly out of focus and worse when it's upside down whereas it's crystal clear whichever way for the left! I've gone back to the old ones for the time being.
