Lewis
Has anyone been to see Avenue Q? **"May be inappropriate for 12 years of age and under." - from the website** I'm going to London on Wednesday with my friends to see it. The train there and back, and tickets to see it is £18.50 - bargain! I downloaded the album a while back and think its really funny. Theres a few clips of it on youtube if you haven't heard of it, Schadenfreude is good, but I won't link to it because of the age limit
bluekarin
I first heard about them when they were on the Scott Mills show a few weeks ago. He was looking for ideas for his Scott Mills; The Musical for the Edingburgh festival and they came on. They seem very cheeky and sound lots of fun so I think you will have a great time. Geoid
I went a few years ago, it was amazing! A great laugh! The actors interacted with the crowd too. Schadenfreude is good It is! I like the internet one too

AMO
I've seen it twice, once with hubby then with my sisters as a birthday present - it is very funny, very adult and highlights 'non pc' traits in a way only a musical could get away with. We call it Sesame Street for adults - enjoy it!
Valkyrie
My daughter went with her year as a "treat" from her school (we had to pay for said treat and for the coach trip - in fact I don't know why they called it a treat at all). She absolutely hated it. I think it's one of those things like marmite.
Ness3103
i took my 16 year old son to see it last year and we both loved it although there was one part where we both felt not cool sitting with your mum when a bedroom scene comes up it was a really good show and we both have the t-shirts and cd's now
Lewis
I'm looking forward to it, I'm sure it'll be better to go with teenagers rather than parents I'll have a look at the t-shirts aswell

Lewis
It was really good! The set and lighting were really clever, and watching it made all the songs make sense No t-shirts, you have to get them from the online shop. *age warning of 12 as per the website*
