Having brekkers early - off for my walk with Jlo soon. Kitchen a mess, everywhere a mess - I'm a mess - better shower and then another one after - especially if Jlo has to walk downwind of me! I might have to carry her back - and if she's over my shoulder she will get worse what with being closer to the armpits!!!!

I'm back - we survived! I'm a bit like this only much more beetrooty coloured - think I might have worried Jlo a bit with all the puffing. But a very good pace - I'm just collapsing before I groan into the kitchen again. I'm not going upstairs juuuust yet.
