Does anybody else ever feel.....Part # 7

Recommended Posts

Hey ho it's up and running at the moment - touch wood! Couldn't believe I was only catching up with a couple of pages and lo and behold the thread ended! Well done Sheila for being the killer on that one. Helloo to our little Dalek. And Debs past 12 o'clock - no Willie Winkie shouting in your letterbox then that night!

We had a lovely time away - OH's other cousin was also staying there so we had a good family catch up (with all the gossip about other family members and a good laugh at their expense!). We went walking over the hills behind the house (more blooming hills) and luckily the rain missed us and turned out a dry day after a heavy downpour morning. Next day we went to a NT house which was being renovated and we could go up scaffolding to see what was being done - plus have a good look at the gothicy style up close. Lots of bats, hence careful preservation works. We could hear them in one of the barns. So lots of walking done. Yesterday was too tired and legs were a bit achey (probably due to the put-u-up being a tad uncomfortable - would have been better on the floor!). Permed mum's hair and gave it a little snip around - she is well chuffed. The girls had behaved but yesterday naughty Tipsy decided to jump onto the garden table, closely followed by (Mr) Jiu jiu. Squirt got as far as the stacked chairs and hunkered down and looked at me as if to say "I'm not on the table - they are naughty" but I gathered she only hunkered down when she saw me and the intent was to follow the leader.

!beehaus orange! Whoo hoo we now have mobile phones. !beehaus purple!!beehaus red!!beehaus white!!beehaus yellow!!bee! Poor bee, she's a little shadow.

Scramble's being a dirty stop out. Tsk tsk.

There, think I'm done now - don't forget to batten the hatches for Hurricane Bill (who's now known as Bill formerly known as Hurricane. Now will Laura get it first. She's been bright and bushy tailed lately. Hmmmm. Lot of sneakies going on - Clootie, sort em out!

Hiya Debs - hang in there flusie-wise. Scramble - pyjama partay! :D

My brother's little baby doesn't understand why daddy can't cuddle her - he's quarantined! Then she started with the symptoms - they called the doc who said - paracetamol (baby version) and just let her have the milk - not to worry with food as she wasn't interested in it. The following day she took a turn for the worse and so they called the emergency surgery - were advised to take the baby to the hospital. So SIL and her mum go off - and when they were there guess what? The little madam started gurgling, laughing and generally messing around trying to hide under the blankets! Docs confirmed a cold and not the flu! Little bro now out of the worst and feeling tons better - I think he still has to keep away from the baby for a little longer (who is now really making her poor mum suffer - talk about terrible two's - she has the terrible 7 months!).

Hi Koojie :D!beehaus purple! Are beehauses not mobiles

Lewis is looking at UCAS - there are so many courses and so many places to do them its hard to choose just 5, especially not knowing how or what I'll do next year!

So far Aberyswyth looks good, and Nottingham aswell (I've been to Notts open day and really like it 8) and been to Aber but not for a proper look around the Uni).

The course titles are a bit confusing aswell, the and's or with's, science or medicine

A few things I'm looking at (so far ) are: Animal Science, Bioveterinary Science, Zoology, Veterinary Nursing and Practice Management or Marine Science/Zoology/Biology!!

My cousin's just finishing her Masters in Aber, she did her degree there too in Theatre something, she seems to like it - she stayed for 4 years! It looks lovely in photos, you can visit the seaside whenever you want. I think she liked it because it's not too big and not too small.

The parentals were moaning saying I need to choose a course, blah blah, and I was like heres 10 I like the look of. What the the careers, why ... I don't know.

So mother sat down and looked at them all on UCAS with me and realised it is difficult to choose and see which is better and why :lol:

At the moment I like the look of Animal Science at Aber.

Zoology looks good too, but its more conservational than dealing with the animals - which I like doing, and a lot of it is farm based - even better!

Now I need to go into school and decide which subjects to do next year :anxious:

JJ is just jealous at my Welsh bilinguality

In the amount of time it's taken me to type there's been a million posts!

I think the rough translation is 'cowardly interesting' like how early morning is 'get up with the dogs' ? :eh: or something

But..really Lewis?

You want to translate this?

Wyt ti'n medru beth 'dafad' modd?

You also have to answer it in Welsh
