I've finally decided on the chick names  ...indecisive much?...

The Brilley White is called Purkinje - she was the one who was born in Biology, and I think its a really 8) name!

the Buff Rock is called Nugget !eggwhite!

and the Speckled Sussex is called Pox (obvious why )

Laura be chasin those loifgarrrrds on the shorrrrrre.

Actually we have lost our desert island and it has become a lunar landscape - the rubble mound is huuuuuge! We now have no driveway and no path and some of the grass has gone. The little boy that gave me a full frontal flash yesterday has lost his walnuts - squirrel. He has been burying them near the car, so there goes a few snacks into the mound. Poor widdle thing. Hopefully our neighbour (with the dog) didn't see him because the walnuts are hers - perhaps she would keel haul him - anything but the cat! :D

I say, did Clootie have a mutiny going earlier? Those threats had me a quivvering in me boots. Keep clear in case Cloots dishes out the black spots!

Fortunately there are more good dog owners than bad, but it was out of order. :( Actually the lady was lucky the dog didn't go for her - huskies can be a bit unpredictable (poor dog too). They have lovely blue eyes though. I always wanted one, but I do rather like the Newfoundlands - gweat big teddy bears. With lots of drool. :vom:

 My friend has an old English sheepdog - he is lovely, but he does grab your hand and lead you to the settee. He wants you to sit down and give him your undivided attention, and if you stop, he grabs your hand again. He doesn't hurt - he is very gentle, but yurk all that dribble, slobber, slobber, slobber! Then I say "eeeeewwwwww" and my friend calls out "leave her alone, put her down!"

Poor old thing, he is very old now and every time he visits her mum, she trims his coat. We saw him the other day all fluffy and cute, then when I went this week he was almost bald - just didn't look quite right, poor thing.

Evening all, or should I say hello night owls :D

I've been a bad girl  I went to my friends birthday meal when really we should have stayed home, we had an Indian, it was very tasty, but I washed it down with too many glasses of wine, and then made fun of my friends husband playing on the Wii

We've only just got in, so I'll probably be sleeping all day tomorrow :anxious:
