Ms Tilytinkle
Hello Dear All, Its been madness & I liken it a midlife crisis, but I'm off to sunnier climates for work. Returning mid November. Meanwhile the family are looking after my beloved chickens. I am concerned I will indeed be chook'sick (as opposed to homesick). I will miss terribly my little dawn coffee shared with my beauoootiful girlies & will miss soooo much their funny daily antics My hubby doesn't it know yet - but at some point to console me - he will have to take laptop into garden with webcam so I can see my girlies & talk to them I'm sure you all understand!!! So next time I write or read, I will most likely be on a 'Lunch break' in Dubai from now one! Chookless but still in touch All Hello's, chook cheery chats always welcome Au Revoir my fellow chook' enthusiasts Ms Tillychooksickalready:( Ms Tillypackingreadytoleaveforairport:( Ms TillywondersifthersanyOmleteersinDubai.. hmmmmm Ms Tilygothercoaton
Patricia W
I know how you feel! I'm off to Australia (for only 3 weeks) soon and leaving OH chook sitting. I know he will " look after" them, but will be " care " for them? I'm passing through Dubai ( 2 hours there and 5 hours on the way back) so I'll wave. I'm sure you'll have a great time - enjoy! Plum
At least you will be warm. Take some pics with you and a cushion you can put on your knee stroke and talk to.
Chicken Shirl
They will be alright with the OH. You will just have to count the sleeps until your return. It will fly by. Have a safe trip.
