I promise not to smoke in 2007 Mind you, I have never smoked so that it might be a bit of a cheat........

Popcorn
I used to hate sprouts so much. Now I like them but I can't remember when I decided to try one again. I'm afraid my resolution is that old chestnut, loosing weight. I'm bored thinking about it now to be honest, so I'll not dwell on it any longer. Mel (& Paul)
Dont think about it - its the best way - just eat healthily and wisely and have a little bit of what you fancy (food!) and you'll be fine
