Griffin
Having seen several girls turn out to be boys on here these past few days I'm having my own crisis of confidence here, only in reverse. I thought Dino was a boy but now a few doubts are creeping in so I'd appreciate other opinions. He's 23 weeks old and a big girls blouse. I tried to take photos of him today but he hates me and he hates the camera He just doesn't look as manly as Boris, his saddle feathers are not as sweeping and droopy and his wattles are much smaller and more pale. I'm about 85% sure he is a boy...... And next to Boris so you can see the difference in head gear:
Redwing
I'd say boy I have noticed with some of mine that two will turn out to be boys that one is more 'dominated' by the other and doesnt develop as swiftly or fully, when the dominate one is removed (put in the freezer in my case) the other then starts to develop and crow - I dont know if this is quite common but I am seeing this in my birds for the fourth time at the moment

Jools
I've got a group of five boys at the moment (all called Dinner lol) and there is always one that is dominant. The others seem to suppress their maleness to keep the peace somehow.
Daphne
Boy - as Palmer07 says (or can I call you Em!) those tail feathers are way too swoopy for a girl and I'm guessing from the bottom line that there is a lot of leg showing? And as Jools says, its quite normal for the underling male(s) to pretend to be as invisible as possible whilst top cock struts about yelling. My boy was given to us because he was quite bloodied after losing out in the spring ruck to be top cock.
Egluntyne
Boy. The saddle and hackle feathers are very butch. I agree that the comb and wattles are unimpressive though.
