Does anybody ever feel ..... Part # 11

Recommended Posts

Bonjour :D

Rushed home from school and my driving lesson is cancelled

The Omlet stuff has come - stupid sized t-shirt  I bought L, and it fits but looks stupid because I wanted it to be huge but its tight  The badges are bigger than I expected though, I thought they'd be the little button ones but they're big 8)

Will remember to buy the extra-huge zippy hoodie :)

Hello Chicky :D

Afternoon all.

I think the exams went okay today, however my cold is really annoying at the moment so hope I've done alright.

I can always resit them

Eugh. *warning* Do NOT give your children the lemsip max liquid stuff...I have named it lemsip calpol...basically, its lemsip but done in a bottle and you have a cup so I associate it with calpol

However, unlike calpol, it tastes DISGUSTING

I am not joking either.

I spent 5 minutes trying to take it before I just swallowed the horrible stuff and then for some reason my sister shoved a japanese rice cracker in my mouth...to get rid of the taste apparently :eh::lol:

I do not advise it...it's yucky in my opinion

Poor Scwamble. I've been using the Corsodyl toothpaste. It says on the box to use it for a week to get used to the "unusual" flavour. In other words keep using it and you might get to tolerate the most disgusting vile stuff you have ever tried brushing your teeth with!

Poor Lewis - all those cookies and cakes flying around on here!

Glad the exams went well JJ, I'm sure you have done just fine even though you have a cold :D

Lewis, I shall look out for you in your tight t-shirt at the Poultry Championships

I was going to have a t-shirt made with my avatar on it, but I don't think I have time now :?

What flavour is the toothpaste then Koojie? Obviously not mint? If it tastes so horrible, why don't you just use colgate

Oh I only use it when my wisdom toothy gummy flappy bit plays up - I use the heavy duty mouth rinse (natural flavour horrible too, but the minty one isn't too bad), but you have to wait a while after you've cleaned your teeth because it might not do the job properly. So I thought I'd use the toothpaste thinking it was probably compatible. They also do a normal mouth wash which isn't too bad either. There is mint in the toothpaste, myrrh and goodness knows what else - bicarb lots of other herbs - it's just altogether garghhhhh! Otherwise it's Kingfisher fennel - no fluoride and very yummy. Or for those ouchy days, Arm and Hammer minty stuff also nice.

Scwamble I'm sure you will be fine for those exams - had to vacate hence didn't get time to finish the posting - just managed the t-shirt bit.

Sensodyne do a range, but one of the Total ones doesn't have SLS, but the others do. It's something I avoid if I can, but you have to read the small print because most of them do have SLS.

Read Non Shampoo topic in Green if you want to know more about avoiding SLS. Er, the topic's nearly as long as this one though!

I think the Sensodyne does have flouride, but it's not added to the water here, so I prefer a toothpaste with some in.

I was going to try that one advertised Koojie, but maybe I won't! :vom:

Sorry to turn this into toothpaste topic. I found one of my lost pens at work if that helps?
