debbier
There are plenty of things I could give a good home to... However, I did get a very nice coffee table off freecycle to put my temporary chicken coop on while introducing the noobies, so it was useful for me Oh, and I did get rid of a cast iron bath on it too, which was being used as a fish pond in my garden, buried. What a pain to dig that out!!!

Lavenders_Blue
Yep, mine too unfortunately It does worry me to see animals offered on freecycle, I wonder what sort of homes they go to.
HappyhenSG
I got a cat off freecycle - yes really!! He was 15 years old and the owner had him from a kitten. Her young children kept bothering him so she decided to re-home him . I had him for 3 years before he sadly died from kidney failure I've also been lucky enough to get some really nice toys for my two children - one guy gave me 2 black sacks of Happyland stuff because he couldnt be bothered to Ebay it! We've recently seen a few requests for cars - dont mind what as long as it has an MOT and tax Some people....
Old Speckled Hen
"We are getting married in a cave in May! All the guests need to make paper lanterns to light up the venue and we are struggling to find willow. Was hoping to hold workshop making them next week in school holidays. If anyone has any they can donate it will be going to a very good cause. Thank you."

A chickychickychick-ENN!!
If you want to be helpful tell them to google 'willow weavers cumbria'. A weaver may be able to supply them. I can't help but wonder why they're getting wed in a cave. I hope they have seen each other before the wedding to avoid any shocks when they come into the light!
