I was going to suggest taking a blindfold, but that will just heighten your senses. :? Plus you might injure yourself with a fork if you can't see what you are stabbing on your plate. :lol:

 

and with her track recent track record an injury seems inevitable!! :roll:

 

New Cookie/Palmer07 outing rule - NO BLINDFOLDS!! The only other rule is that I park at the correct end of the multi-story so poor Cookie doesn`t have to limp miles to the lift and then deal with stairs! :oops:

Yea sorry about the long walk...but at least we can learn from my mistakes! I know to park next to the 3A sign NOW!!! :lol:

well I do have two older brothers Kooj, I am used to being taking the mick out of. :lol:

 

Is there a low fat cheesecake I can have?????? I love cheesecake! :(

Wholemeal egg sandwhich

Banana

 

Weight watchers chilli beef and potato wedges

 

I know not the best to eat them prepared but I have a really sore throat so didnt feel like cooking too much, hubs did the kids and him. :)

:lol::lol: ....and don't forget that juice counts as a portion of fruit...or veg if it's carrot :lol:

 

This does not mean however that 5 glasses of OJ are your 5 a day.......it only counts once unless it's a different juice :wink:

 

I found veggies...mushroom, tomatoes, courgettes, peppers etc....grilled with a little olive oil made a great light meal with or without a slice of toast or bread...........a small sprinkling of grated cheese made it a more substantial version :drool: Enjoy :D

Today I have had scrambled egg on toast for breakfast, with an apple juice, so I have 1 of my 5 a day :wink:

 

The other 4 are going to prove more challenging, as I have football this evening. So I am going to buy fruit for lunch, and see what I can get that can be eaten on the go for tea.

 

I shall do my best and hopefully get my 5 :)

wellllllllllll I will strive to reach my 5 a day... even though I wasn't great at it before my 'lifestyle change' let alone now... :lol:

 

I would like to get hold of a juicer so I can make my own juices easily, have wanted to for a while now but never got around to it.
