It's just Rosie and I, we both wear black socks of various types. We still manage to have loads of odd socks - how does that happen?

I wouldn't mind but 2 of the odd ones are from pairs that I only bought last week

My sock basket is the bane of my life..My OH went out and bought some socks that my DS would not wear in the hope of having two socks that match of a morning...but so far...no luck

I don't know about you but I really have to be in the mood to sort out the odd sock basket. I try and do it once a year - whether it needs it or not! Goodness only knows how many there are in there

But then theres 6 of us all different sizes and however much I try to buy so each person has the same pairs so I know whose is whos and they'll always have a partner in practise it never works

I think the worst is when you have a mass of plain black socks and you end up trying to match them by age and how much elasticity or colour they've lost. It's so boring I often don't.

I don't know why I bother putting the odd ones into the right persons underwear drawer as they never, ever bother matching them up together.

 

I did YS's drawer the other day, I quite enjoy it I bet he'll still moan that he can't find a pair though

I keep the odd ones for a few months and if it's pair hasn't turned up by then it's out... I am harsh..
