....and, another point......when anything is sold that dispenses the 'right amount' they generally dispense what they want you to use.......usually twice as much as you need, including clothes wash or dishwashing tablets! I use liquid laundry wash and have used half (or less) than the manufacturer recommends for years.

Yep, I only shampoo it once unless it has got really, really mucky while doing things at the wildlife site.

It depends what colour the water is after the first wash. If the first set of suds washed out is vaguely white, then no. If I've been marshalling, particularly if I've been putting out fires (*) and my hair is full of smoke and fire extinguisher fumes, it will definitely need two washes. My hair also seems to "pick up" dirt from the air, but I do wash it probably no more frequently than once a week.

 

(*) this is not a regular occurrence, I think I've had about 4 fires in nearly 6 years but we did have a big one last weekend.

Oh you mean the shampoo bottle?

 

My shampoo doesn't come in bottles because I use the solid shampoos from Lush...they seem much more "logical"

....and me......half the amount of shampoo and only one wash - and I'll often just rinse with water and blow dry it again instead of washing it.

I wont be buying one a complet waste of money ....

 

1. you turn on tap then use soap so germs on tap then as you have cleaned them you touch tap and germs go back were they came from.

 

2.you soap your hands first then touch your tap which most people dont do.

 

When l worked for the nhs we did health and safety courses hand washing came into it. Or if you have a ill person in your house but as for buying one of these no no not for me
