TAJ Posted June 26, 2010 Share Posted June 26, 2010 We were in the garden this morning and found this on the garage wall: http://i261.photobucket.com/albums/ii49/TAJchicks/IMG_2703.jpg I feel we must be in the med somewhere, not England - can anyone identify it for me - I assume some sort of lizard it was about 10cm long I guess. WarrensWorld Posted June 26, 2010 Share Posted June 26, 2010 Looks like a Green Lizard (Lacerta viridis) they're usually 30 to 40 cm long, but your one as lost a good portion of its tail. edit:-The Viviparous or Common Lizard (Lacerta vivipara) is dark grey-brown with a central stripe along its back.
