Starbucks VIA cake . . yummy!

Sorry for those of you following the healthy eating chat but I have made the perfect Coffee cake at last. :clap:

 

6oz SR Flour

6oz sugar

4oz marg/butter (I used Bertolli olive)

2 eggs

4 tablespoons warm milk

1 satchet of Starbucks VIA

 

Coffee sauce - 4 tablespoons icing sugar mixed with dissolved coffee water to desired strength.

 

cream marg and sugar, add eggs, flour and warm milk with coffee dissolved in it. Put into loaf tin with loaf liner and bake at 160oC for 45 minutes. Skewer holes in the cake and drizzle with coffee sauce.

Do I ask for "via" or "v - i - a" :oops::lol: . I don't even know how you say it :lol: .

No idea how you say it - think I'd say one word via :lol: there's usually displays/points of sale by the till - you can get different strengths or types :)
