So as we have more room we wento to Garden Poultry and picked up two new girls............ Cho is a Copper Black and Mimi is a White Star. bellekatz Posted April 9, 2007 Author Share Posted April 9, 2007 We bought it from Grange Pet Centre as a kit - coloured it ourselves (Wild Thyme) and built it last weekend. http://www.grangepetcentre.co.uk/bird_flights.htm It is at the bottom of the garden under a huge 40 ft silver birch so we had given up trying to grow anything under it, plus the roots make it impossible to plant. It wasnt cheap, but we wanted to make it into a feature and if the chicks don't like it we can always use it for the cats We had to have something covered as Marmite was a for flying over the chicken wire.
