Does anyone use these? We bought some lovely tealight holders from our hols in Morocco and for safety I was wondering about using these fake tealights HERE but wonder how much light they actually give off.

i've used them my boys wanted a terracotta dove tealight holder in their room at night, so these were the safest option. i think they're lovely but not very bright.

They sound like a great idea CM, tea lights aren't bright anyway so I'd give them a go!

Can get them in the £ shop too - some are better than others, but they're a good idea

I use them 'cos they look pretty, they don't give off much light, but then I dont think tea lights do either? Shop around, prices vary hugely!

We got some from wrexham - either £1 land or 99p store. They are very realistic, quite a good looking flame, not brilliant light but convincing that they are fire! We had them in the caravan window, which caused quite a stir in the club - with them being so close to the calor gas storage!

I bought some from Ebay last year to use on my glass painting stall. Wanted my tea light holders to be lit up, but didn't anyone setting fire to themselves. They lasted all day and some are still going strong, I got ones with a flickering effect. You can replace the batteries too, but they probably cost more than the candles.

I bought some in the end. I got 12 flickering ones that are rechargeable. I am very pleased with them.
