Cinnamon
I have eBayed for many years,& both buy & sell. Yesterday I get an abusive & very odd email from a guy who was bidding on on of my auctions, but who got outbid by a few quid,on a fairly expensive item.. Evidently he blames me for his not winning the auction Takes all sorts.....
majorbloodnock
Well, I can see his point of view. Personally, I've decided to blame you for: My sore toe My son's inability to listen today The complete list of my problems at work The weather. I find it's far less effort than facing up to my own inadequacies (not that I have any....). Hope you don't mind.

The Dogmother
there's always one - don't bother replying and block him if that's possible. I had something not dis-similar with freecycle (of all things) I reported him to the board admin and blocked the twit.
Cinnamon
Don't bother replying? And where is the fun in that? I have spent a happy hour or so pondering my response & will add a few of the Majors suggestions of other things he can blame me for too

Egluntyne
'Appen he'll set up a facebook page to complain about your cruelty in not letting him win. Herbert.
WitchHazel
I would report him to Ebay rather than getting involved in a "conversation" with him. a) I know it's unlikely, but it may be that some poor soul has had his account hijacked. b) If he's the sort of idiot who would complain to you about his not winning, he may be the sort of person who goes on to cause problems for you on other items you sell, especially if you give him a hard time now. Just mho.

Ain't Nobody Here
How peculiar . Wonder if he sent a similar message to the person who actually did win it . On the subject of Ebay, but from a nice perspective, I had to refund a guy in France recently as the item didn't arrive. Got an email from him today, refunding the refund as it had eventually arrived (a month late ). Nice to see such honesty .
Alis girls
Dont worry Cinnamon - there are some people who will winge about everything despite the fact most of their problems are brought on by themselves. I had to giggle at the Major - hope his toe is better, son is more responsive to him, work is better and the weather is well its winter what more can I say.
