koo2cat Posted December 7, 2010 Share Posted December 7, 2010 We lost one of our original Gingernut Rangers in the night. She had been with us since Mar 08 and was a lovely gentle hen. She hadn't laid for well over 6 months so I think it was just the exceptional cold weather and old age that finished her off. We will miss her. Only our second chicken death, very sad.
