MummyHen
Does anyone hula hoop? I’m thinking of getting a hoop to help with fitness. It seems like a bit of fun with a positive result. Does anyone have experience
jlo
I have had a go at a couple of classes. I felt wholly inadequate as I was limited to basic hulaing one way and then the other. The more longstanding members were wandering around doing all sorts. I did invest in a hoop and do have a go on my own occasionally. I think that it is supposed to be quite good for toning the tum! ClaireG
I've been doing virtual hulaing on the wii fit. I'm not very good though
Charlottechicken
Had a hula hoop in the 70's, couldn't do it then so not hopeful of being able to hula as an adult, and too embarrassed to try

Angie
Very good for tums and pelvic floor...can't do it any more due to arthritis..... I watch my grand daughters do it now aged 9,7 & 5yrs there pretty good but all go dancing and gymnastics, (one is the N.E's youngest summersaulter at trampoline) I had a red and white hoop yrs ago. Lesley
I used to be really good at hulaing - but have just started doing it on the WiiFit and my knee is coping quite well, I'd love to be able to do it properly again.
