Chucky Mama
Mine was a diet and I am still doing OK. How is everyone else doing with their resolutions?

Goosey Lucy
Quite good actually Mine was to simply look after myself and do things that would make me happy. To that end I've joined Weigh"Ooops, word censored!"chers and lost 13lb, moved house to be closer to work and for my boys to be able to have friends to stay. I'm feeling more positive, I'm loving having all my hens outside my back door. I love having a garden again after 2.5 years without one. I have a fabulous view of fields and up to the top of the mountain. Life seems good again
LuckyChickenLover-
I had a couple. I think I'm doing okay. My first was to keep a diary/journal thing (yeah my resolutions were really weird, but I wanted to aspire to do SOMETHING ) I wanted to keep a record of what I'm like now so that I can read over it when I'm 70 or something like that. I've written in it most days, but there are about 3 days that I've skipped. My other resolution was to take more photos of my girls (again... I had to aim to do SOMETHING). I quite like photography, but for some reason I don't do it enough. In the past I never really got round to taking many photos of my pets, and now it's too late for some of them I did try to do this over the weekend, but my camera eats up battery life really quickly, so I only got a few shots. (Also, it didn't help that Priscilla kept trying to peck the lens ) I think I'll put more effort into this when the weather improves. At the moment it's a bit gloomy. freddie
Mine is to try at least 6 new crafts this year! It's going well, considering it was also to finish the ones I'd already got on the go. I've made bath bombs, which is great fun I've learnt how to do stampbord, which I glaze to look like victorian tiles. I'm learning how to make large installation art things(see the big tree thread!!) I'm learning another one, but not telling, as may use as business idea... Next up is Japanese block quilting, and/or lino/woodblock printing(cant wait for this!!) fancy very much the scorched flowers thing, that looks such fun!! chickenNutter
Wow Goosey Lucy you are doing really well, and there were some big resolutions there! Well done. Well done everyone else, there is some good stuff going on. Mine were:- 1. Get fitter - going well, have stuck to the gym and swimming and taken up Yoga again. 2. Drink less wine - not going so well, but will keep trying 3. Grow my business, try to get out of my full time job. - ( well, a small business I have in addition to my full time job). Stalled completely as an opportunity came up to take voluntary redundancy from main job so I put the business on hold til I worked out which way my life was going. Then the redundancy offer was off, then on, then off, and as of a couple of days ago on again. My head's all over the place. (Hence failing miserably on no 2.!) What about everyone else? percy049
mine was to stop eating turkey, and to be more vegetarian.
