I get so tired of all the dancers, especially those groups full of overly made up children with huge showbiz smiles. Maybe they should have a separate competition for them. On the other hand, the lad who had only been playing the piano for 5 years (can't remember his name) was genuinely very good and I could have listened to him play for hours. He seemed so absorbed when he was playing. I was glad he went through. I quite enjoyed the hand dancing duo, it was novel and incredibly slickly perfomed and I would have liked to have seen them go though too. The guitar player (Herbie?? or something like that) was a dreadful singer - great guitar player, but dreadful singer - and yet all the judges seemed to be raving about him. I missed the results, did he go through? No he didn't get through - DD (9) really took a dislike to him, she thought he was quite scary! I felt sorry for the girl who sang Single ladies with the piano, it looks as if she didn't get to choose the song or the choreography, so it's not really fair for the judges to slate her for that. I read that article in the Daily Mail yesterday, least I assume it's the same one, as yes it's been removed. I am sure the whole thing is fixed and I totally believe that they pick out the winner long before the show goes out and bring in all the stupid acts just to give people a laugh at the expense of the acts that are rubbish. I don't watch this particular show, but my mum relays all the acts and results to me, despite me asking her not to.
