Pro - Does anyone else's nest boxes get soaked in rain?

My helpful children have been treating a few of my chooks with purple spray - and my daughter managed to spray my son's white school shirt. Not just a few specks - all down one side. Has anyone got any suggestions as to how I can remove the offending stains?

I ruined an brand new white blouse this way. A mega soak in weak bleach solution after a cold wash did the trick. Eventually. The material went a bit weird though.

I'd dip the effected area in neat bleach, only thing i've found works if all else fails

you might need to soak it overnight in water with a capful of bleach added!

You could try soaking in Napisan (using cold water), but in my experience it's futile... best to chuck the shirt out... and that's from someone who hates waste.

Or dye it purple - not an option as its a school shirt. Its evil stuff - good at its job but a nightmare to get off. I used WD40 in desparation when I got it on my hands. Yes before you tell me I wear gloves now

Thank you all for the advice I soaked the shirt in cold water with a lot of strong bleach then put it through a wash with bio powder and it is now useable. It still has faint blue marks so can only be worn under the school sweatshirt but is no longer bright purple. DS would have objected to that
