Thunderstorms

Recommended Posts

Mine take absolutely NO notice whatsoever. If it's in the daytime, the only reaction is to take shelter from the rain. At night - nothing, and I have some outside perchers so they aren't all tucked away.

I'm not that far away (Oxfordshire) so maybe we'll be in the same storm!

Not unless you want them to . . . :notalk: think of those big poos with white on the top :vom:

Or the mustardy stinky ones! :vom::vom::vom:

My mum thinks they smell like tea bags! Whatever it is, its disgusting!

Our girls eventually go under shelter in the rain. after a while, they get bored and come out again. One of my girls calls all the time shes in the shelter

Morning 'monster poo' tends to be so bad that the hens don't want to be near it...

This morning, our 2nd-in-command, Barnaby came out of the Cube and out of the run. The weather was not good... She looked around, looked at the sky, then at my wife and then she went back in to bed.

Bit of a non-starter today for the hens really... :D
