welovemarmite
well i have just takena big leap and signed up to a 10 month course to become a qualified aromatherapist starting on Saturday. I had a bad time last year with a lot of time off work with work related stress that aggrevated GAD and clinical depression. I am now coming out the other end of it. I now only work 2 days a week. This opportunity just seemed to fall at my feet. I want to train in alternative therapy for a long time, and had a real attraction to aromatherapy. I may be mad, but i am so looking forward to it. The Dogmother
Good luck, I hope you enjoy it. A friend is an aromatherapist and I enjoy regular freebies in return for looking after his house and cats when he goes away.

welovemarmite
i dont really beleive in new years resolutions but i have so much buzzing around at the moment. I have started flamenco lessons in banbury which are a great way of exercising without really realising it. Hubbie and I are also changing our diet to more of a caveman type diet, so a big reduction of processed food and sugars and i do make most things from scratch now. I am deciding i like this year already. Good luck to everyone with their new starts.

Not mad at all, that is brilliant!! Flamenco dancing, processed-food-free, increased qualifications - wow - sounds like you are coming out of the other side magnificently! When opportunities fall at your feet like that, you know you'd be a fool to turn your back. Wise person
