The Dogmother
That sounds good Nicola, Luckily Rosie has inherited my cast iron guts, but I always make her have some citricidal in fruit juice while we're away just in case. I might get some of these instead.
Budgies
Ah - the other thing I've just remembered my GP said was that the drinks could often be destroyed by the acid in the stomach, so that by the time they reached the bowel there was no probiotic left to balance the flora of the gut. That's another reason why a reputable capsule was best. Essential Care do a good one too. http://www.essential-care.co.uk/ Sue

Budgies
It's gorgeous stuff Nicola, I'm a complete convert and use all their products! Their shampoo is 70% soil association accredited for being organic and this is the highest organic percentage of any shampoo anywhere in the world right now! The lady who set up the site did so because her own family had sensitive skin and eczema issues, and she goes from strength to strength with some new products due out in September this year. And NO synthetic stuff, no petrochemicals - I should be on commission here shouldn't ?! Sue
Nicola H
You should Sue.............I am going to have a good look at the site later but have already spotted some things I will buy.
kannie
Thanks for this - will follow up the capsules. In a way I'd rather take something thats more like a food than a medicine, but the problem with the drinks is that they do seem to be quite sweet.
