Lavenders_Blue
I've had the patio doors open pretty much all day for the last few days - the dogs have been wandering in and out (dog sitting for my parents so got 2 dogs here at the moment) flopping on the grass, getting too hot, coming back in and cooling off, then wandering back out again etc. The hens have been doing pretty much the same thing, finding a sunny spot, lying down, stretching their wings out, getting too hot, going into the shade and so on Might have to treat myself to an ice lolly this afternoon! chickencam
I was stuck in a very hot office for the last couple of days, it is lovely to have access to the oudoors again.
craftyhunnypie
Got the ceiling fans on in MARCH !? Not complaining, but I reckon a load of rain is round the corner. My seedlings are difficult to keep on top of. Hubby is doing his best with watering them. Sid is doing the outdoor stuff. We had a frost this morning though - so keeping them indoors for a bit longer yet. There are people on the beaches & in the sea in Aber - so hubby says. The ice cream places are doing a roaring trade! It just feels wierd to be so warm, so early in the year. Emma.x
The Dogmother
I know, there are women out in summer outfits, lads without their shirts on ... it's not right, not that I am ungrateful mind. There'll be snow soon enough, mark my words! When Rosie was born 14 years ago, we had floods this week, and snow a fortnight later.
