SarahJo Posted August 18, 2012 Author Share Posted August 18, 2012 Thanks - Fly is his worst stroke When we saw Rocky later he said he was unsure how quick Joe would be, so hence dived at the same time, Steve Parry did rib him a bit over that I also forgot to ask Steve who won Celeb Master Chef Nick Robinson-Baker did the handstand dive pose - and then backflipped, really impressive seeing the control and poise close up Everyone was really enthusiastic - the children all got free "Heroes" t-shirtd and swim caps courtesy of British Gas Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

He made the 1st move to shake Rockys hand afterwards, something he does sometimes at other competitions with his own age group - we did laugh as it would have been comical if he had pulled his hand away and did the nose wave ( nahnahnahna ) Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
