Guest
The Kent folk are all flying out of the woodwork now! Lesley-Jean and KateA are in Kent too. The Rare Breeds Centre near Ashford has two eglus. They have quite a lot of chickens too but i don't know if they sell them. We had a lovely day out there (with some Omleteers) and it was a great place to go. AJuff
I bought my two new chooks from Glencroft poultry in North Yorkshire. The chap I bought them from tells me he has farms across the UK and can deliver to most areas of the south. They have a website and list some of the breeds but I think they have different ones on different farms. it may be worth giving him a call. Tara.F
I'm only 1 mile away from Kent....does that count? I'm just off the A20 in Eltham. Homefarm fowl are in Kent and they breed all sorts of pure breeds! Their number and website are on the list....give them a try (and yes, Ashford rare breeds sell their stock too)

Mez
Hello, I am in Sevenoaks in Kent. There are some other forum members from Sevenoaks on the list. I got my French Copper Marans from Homefarm Fowls in Orpington. There are some breeders of pure breeds in this area of Kent on the breeders list in Practical Poultry Magazine. redfrock
We're in Kent too - Herne Bay - near Canterbury. There are far more of us than you think! Go and see Ben at Hen House Poultry in Teston - he is fab and has hybrids and pure breeds. All ours came from him. We are going to the meet @ Leeds Castle - although I have now been roped into working the day before I would have told them where to stick it if it had been the same day
