Alis girls
Not quite perfected this yet. Following a Gordon R recipe but never runny in the middle. Do you have to eat straight from oven? And do some people cook in bain marie?
bluekarin
Yes, you need to eat straight from the oven. From memory you need to only cook them for about 8 minutes. I gave GR one and several others, but can't remember which one was the best Oh, and I never used the Bain Marie method, just small aluminium moulds. Lavenders_Blue
Yes, eat straight from the oven, and just give them a minute or two less than your recipe says if you're finding they are not gooey in the middle. It could be that your oven runs a little hot - temperatures can vary from oven to oven, they are not always accurate.
kinsk
http://www.deliaonline.com/recipes/type-of-dish/desserts/traditional-dessert/melting-chocolate-puddings.html This one has worked for me every time. I do only give them 10 mins from chilled though as I know my oven runs hot.
