Thank you all so much. She really enjoyed looking at these. She especially liked Luna, Moonstone, Hedwig, Penny, Poppy and Dolly the sheep, though she said they were all beautiful and loved the different colours. I can't wait to get my chooks and have her over on a day trip to see them.

 

She doesn't take much notice of many things, but she loves pictures of animals. Thank you all x

These are wonderful pictures. I'm so glad your Mum liked them and I'm sure she'll really love your chickens when they arrive. My mother, in a similar situation, just loves my stories about my chickens and doves and though her life is now very narrow and she thinks Poirot is a real person, she always remembers to ask 'How's Daisy?' (A frizzle I kept quite a long time ago now who once pulled her by the skirt hem)
