She especially liked Luna, Moonstone, Hedwig, Penny, Poppy and Dolly the sheep, though she said they were all beautiful and loved the different colours. I can't wait to get my chooks and have her over on a day trip to see them. She doesn't take much notice of many things, but she loves pictures of animals. My mother, in a similar situation, just loves my stories about my chickens and doves and though her life is now very narrow and she thinks Poirot is a real person, she always remembers to ask 'How's Daisy?'
