Chicken bald back

I'm stuck in a dilemma. I have a chicken vacancy - what should I get . . . a bantam Faveroles, a bantam Orpington or a standard Silkie. They would go with 3 Polands and 2 Frizzle hens and a mixed Silkie x Pekin or something cockerel. My OH's rule is 'no biggies and no scratchers'. In my heart of hearts I like my chickens to be as big as possible so I try and stretch the boundaries of his rule by getting chickens that are on the large side of bantam. What would you get? Any pictures of your chickens would be most welcome to help me make up my mind

I have a gold laced bantam orp called Darcy. She is very quiet and unassuming and just potters about minding her own business. She has never gone broody and is about 3 now. Very pretty easy going girl.

How big are those 3 compared to Pekins?

My bantam orp went broody a lot but made a great Mum. Trouble was she would routinely eat the polands' crests

Bit bigger than a large pekin and certainly heavier feathered. Darcy is the same size as my wyandotte bantams but more feathers. She lives in the wir with the big girls

Had a silkie - they pretty much take themselves away from the main group. Orpies are whingey but quite nosey - you can't do anything without them under your feet. Not had a faverolle but I would like to (earmarked for our next house along with so many others). They are supposed to be very docile too.
